Luate Charles Wani is a Human Rights Officer and agent at the Head of Monitoring and Inspection Department of South Sudan's Human Rights Committee. He is also the Acting Secretary for the National Committee on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crimes of Genocide, War Crimes, Crimes Against Humanity and All Forms of Discrimination of the Republic of South Sudan.
